Marketing Videos

Developed a series of marketing videos and assets aligned with OneID’s rebrand, enabling the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to drive product awareness and customer acquisition.

Website Rebrand

In 2024, OneID shifted its focus from small e-commerce merchants to larger enterprise clients in professional services — including e-signing, KYC, and pre-employment screening. Following a leadership transition, we were tasked with evolving the 2022 rebrand (initially developed by an external agency) to reflect a more refined, business-oriented tone of voice.

To support this transition, I created a unified style guide to align Product and Marketing teams around consistent, high-quality public-facing assets. Below is a comparison between the original 2022 homepage and the updated version I designed and built in Hubspot.

Developer Documentation

Our original documentation lived in HubSpot’s Knowledge Base, but it quickly became clear the platform couldn’t support the structure or scale we needed. Prospective customers echoed this, raising concerns about poor navigation and unclear content.

Taking the initiative, I explored alternatives and recommended a purpose-built platform (developerhub.io). From there, I led the creation of a new documentation site from scratch. Collaborating with our developers, I defined the core content structure, mapped the site architecture, and coordinated contributions across the team.

Since launch, the OneID Docs has grown into a valuable self-serve resource. It now sees regular contributions from developers and product team, and most importantly, it delivers a significantly better experience for customers navigating our technical capabilities.

Sandbox Console

In 2022, I designed a console that allowed prospective customers to explore OneID’s products in a sandbox environment. Collaborating closely with the Development team, I gained a deeper understanding of how developers integrate identity solutions - insights that eventually guided the product experience.

Leveraging this knowledge, I defined and wrote the requirements for the MVP, ensuring the console was both technically feasible and user-centric from day one.
